Return Policy
If you’re not completely satisfied with an PJ Harlow purchase, we will make it as convenient as possible for you to return it.
We will accept unworn merchandise with a receipt and the original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. We will issue your refund in the same form of payment in which your order was processed. Please remember, the processing of your refund may take up to five business days.

Please ship your package with a carrier that will provide tracking. PJ Harlow cannot be responsible for any returned merchandise lost or damaged without proof of tracking.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you have received a damaged or defective item in transit, save the original packaging, and contact our Customer Service Department prior to returning it. Our customer service team may be reached by telephone (714) 532-5774 Monday through Friday 9:00am-6pm PST (excluding U.S. Holidays) or via email at customerservice@pjharlow.com .
In Stock Items
Most orders for items currently in stock begin the order process as soon as your online or phone order is completed. If your item is in-stock it will be shipped once payment is approved and the billing and shipping addresses are verified.
Pre-Ordered or Back-Ordered Items
reordered or backordered items that are not yet in stock, will be shipped once product arrives in our PJ Harlow warehouse. You will be notified of shipping time frames on your backordered items within 48 hours of order submission.
Availability of other in-stock choices may be discussed with one of our customer service team members for immediate delivery.
